Legal notice and disclaimer

A directory, nothing more

pranathai is a free directory that lists wellness practitioners and venues in Thailand. It does not recommend, certify or guarantee any practitioner, venue or practice. pranathai is not part of the relationship between you and a practitioner: we take no bookings, receive no payments and earn no commission. Anything that happens between you and a practitioner is solely your responsibility and theirs.

Check your practitioner yourself

Some profiles are written by the practitioners themselves; others are created from public information (name, address, phone, website) and have not yet been claimed by the business. Information may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. Before any session, it is up to you to check the practitioner's training, experience, any licence required in Thailand, prices and terms. A "Verified profile" or "Licence verified" badge only reflects a one-off check; it is neither a recommendation nor a guarantee.

No liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pranathai and the people who run it accept no liability:

• for the quality, safety, results or effects of any session, treatment or product offered by a listed practitioner;
• for any damage, direct or indirect, physical, moral or material, arising from the use of the site, a profile, a tool or any content;
• for any dispute between a visitor and a practitioner (price, cancellation, conduct, outcome);
• for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information published;
• for the content of external websites, pages and accounts linked from profiles;
• for any interruption, error or unavailability of the site.

The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

No commitment

pranathai makes no commitment of any kind: not about a practitioner's presence, availability or prices, not about the content of profiles, and not about how the site or its tools work. Using the site, which is free, creates no contract between you and pranathai. The site, its profiles and its tools may be changed, suspended or removed at any time without notice.

Always ask a professional

The content of this site is general information. For any question about your physical or mental health, a pregnancy, your money, a contract or an important decision, ask a qualified professional: a doctor, pharmacist, psychologist, midwife, lawyer or financial adviser. Never delay seeing a professional because of something you read on this site.

Not medical advice

The practices listed are complementary. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing replaces a consultation with a doctor or health professional. Never stop a treatment without your doctor's advice. In an emergency in Thailand, call 1669; for emotional distress, the 1323 helpline is free and open 24 hours a day.

The free tools

The site's tools (astrology, numerology, tarot, siam-si, auspicious days, lucky numbers, dreams, crystals, health calculators…) are for education and entertainment. They present traditions and beliefs, or general formulas. No one can predict the future: no result is a prediction, nor a guarantee of luck, gain or healing, nor medical, financial, legal or personal advice. Health calculations are general estimates that do not take your situation into account. Do not make any important decision on the basis of a tool alone.

Removing or correcting a profile

Every profile has a "Request removal of this profile" link, available without an account; requests are handled within 30 days at most. A business can also claim its profile to correct and complete it. For any other question, write to us using the chat bubble at the bottom right of every page.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States.
