Further inland, the Khao Khiao – Khao Chomphu wildlife sanctuary covers about 145 km² of green hills.

Opposite J-Park Sriracha Nihon Mura, the Japanese-themed shopping village in Surasak, Huachiew runs a branch of its traditional Chinese medicine clinic, which also does outreach health days for the municipality's elderly club.
