The centipede in the 40-animal table
The table gives animal no. k the number k, then k + 40 and k + 80 while the result stays under 100. The centipede is no. 20, so it carries 20, 60 and 00. The table comes from the Lao lottery and is used by most Thai lucky-number sites; some Thai dream books give other digits, since there is no official table.
From the animal to 2, 3 and 6 digits
The tool writes the centipede's three numbers in a row with the first one, 20, at the end, which gives exactly six digits: 006020. The 3 digits are 020 and the 2 digits are 20, the end of the six-digit number, just as the last-digit prizes are read on a ticket.
