Crystal combinations

How it works

  1. Choose two or three stones by their Thai, English or trade name. The combination updates from the second stone, and the page address keeps it so you can share it.

  2. Shared intentions come from the beliefs recorded in our database (Thai press, Judy Hall's catalogue). An intention shared by every stone is highlighted; those shared by two are listed separately.

  3. For cleansing, the tool crosses each stone's advice: a method is suggested for all together only if it is safe for every one of them. Otherwise it names the stone to treat separately. Salt advice remains deduced, as there is no source.

  4. Mohs hardness shows which stone can scratch another: when the gap is more than one point, the tool suggests storing them apart. Each stone's warnings (dust, lead, copper…) are repeated.

  5. No reliable source mentions stones that “cancel out” or “clash”: the tool invents no such rule. Crystals are not a substitute for medical advice.

These tools give general information. They do not replace the advice of a doctor or a qualified professional.

Frequently asked questions

Can I wear several crystals together?
Yes. No reliable source describes any incompatibility between stones. The real precautions are practical: a harder stone scratches a softer one, and they do not all tolerate the same cleansing methods.
Which crystals should not be stored together?
Those with very different hardness: quartz (Mohs 7) scratches pearl (2.5), turquoise or malachite. Keep soft stones apart, in a soft cloth.
Can I cleanse several crystals at the same time?
Yes, with a method that is safe for all of them. Smoke and moonlight suit every stone; water, sunlight and salt depend on each stone, and the tool tells you which ones to set aside.
How many crystals should I combine?
There is no rule. The tool stops at three to stay readable; many people choose a stone for their birth day and one or two linked to an intention.
Do crystal combinations have a proven effect?
No. Intentions are cultural beliefs, presented as such. Combining stones can go with a personal intention, but it replaces neither medical advice nor treatment.
